35-35002 Pneumatic eccentric rotary valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator and an eccentric rotary valve. There are two forms of pneumatic actuators:

The 35-type spring return rolling diaphragm actuator and the 70-type double-acting piston actuator, the eccentric rotary valve has a novel structure, the valve body is approximately a cylinder, and the center of the spool spherical surface and the rotation center of the valve stem are designed with a Eccentricity: When the valve stem drives the valve core to rotate, the spherical surface of the valve core rotates eccentrically with respect to the center of the valve body, and its trajectory is a wheel-shaped curve. When the valve is closed, the flexible arm of the valve core is elastically deformed, so that the spherical surface of the valve core and the valve seat are closely attached to achieve a reliable seal, so the valve is also called a cam flex valve.
