Overview of LL-15F Roots Flow Meter

The LL-15F Roots Flow Meter is a volumetricflow measuring instrument, which is used to measure the volume flow of the fluid in the closed tube. The accumulated traffic is displayed in situ, and haslong transmission output interface. It is equipped with the corresponding photoelectric pulse converter and flow integrator, and it can be remotely measured, displayed and controlled.

1) The accuracy of measurement is high, thebasic error is generally 0.2% to 0.5%, and the special requirement is up to0.1%. The characteristics of flowmeter are generally not influenced by the flowstate, nor by the Reynolds number.

2) It can be used to measure the flow ofhigh viscosity liquid.

3) The measurement range is wide, and thetypical flow range is from 5:1 to 10:1.

4) The word wheel counter accumulates thetotal amount of fluid, without external energy, and is easy to use. The cumulative traffic of the counter is double displayed, one of which can bereset to zero, which is convenient for users to use in the condition of continuous measurement.

5) No contact between measuring components,no wear, long service life.

6) The large diameter flowmeter adopts theform of double rotor to reduce the noise and vibration of the flowmeter.
