Overviewof UQK-01 Float ball level controller:

The UQK-01 Float ball level controller issuitable for the liquid level control of various containers. When the liquidlevel reaches the upper and lower switching values, the controller contactswill make on-off switching signals. The controller does not apply to the brass,stainless steel and other materials have a strong corrosive effect, as well ascontaining magnetic impurities of the media.

Principleof UQK-01 Float ball level controller:

The UQK-01 Float ball level controllerconsists of two parts: the floating ball set and the contact group. When theliquid level rises first switching point when the floating ball rises 1, theend of the magnet 2 swing downward through the magnetic force, mounted in thehousing 3 the same pole repulsion within 4 swings up and down, the other end ofthe movable contact 5 in static contact 2-2 connectivity. When the liquid leveldrops to the point of tangency, the opposite is true, and the static contact1-1 is switched on. The area between the upper and lower points is called the differenceregion.
